Tribe Types

We offer tribes for business owners that offer services and/or products to children

• The Retail Tribe is for entrepreneurs who have a retail location.
• The Home-Based Tribe is for those who operate their business from home.
• If you are a Strategic Partner with a commercial presence you would join
  the Retail Tribe.
• If you are a Strategic Partner and run your business from home, you would
  join a Home-Based Tribe.
• Alliance Networks are inclusive of all Retail and Home-Based Tribes within
  the designated geographical area.

Retail Tribe

A business that has a physical presence in a commercial space is referred to as a retail business

• • All business products and services are offered from the retail location.
  • The business provides enrollment-based services to children.

Examples of a retail location business:

• • Music studio in an office building
  • Learning center in a strip mall
  • Swim school in a strip mall 

Home Based Tribe

A home-based business can be any size but has its primary office in the owner’s home.

• The business can offer its products and services from the owner’s home or a
  third-party location.
• They offer enrollment-based services at home or another location.

Examples of a home-based business:

• Soccer classes offered through the City Parks and Rec
• Art Classes taught at the public schools
• Music classes taught from home  

Strategic Partner

A Strategic Partner consist of businesses

• That provides products for children such as sporting, medical, academic,
  musical supplies etc. They may also provide services such as entertainment,
  sporting activities and party celebrations etc.
• That either have retail or home-based businesses. Those that have a retail
  location, join the Retail Tribe. Those that work from join the Home-Based
  Tribe.

Examples of a Strategic Partners:

• Music/Sports Supply Store (Would join Retail Tribe)
• Chiropractor/Dentist/Pediatrician office(Would join Retail Tribe)
• Magician/Baker/Tutor with home office (Would join Home-Based Tribe)

Alliance Network

An Alliance Network consists of businesses 

• That offer products and/or services on a regional, state, national or global
  level.
• That get access to both Retail and Home-Based Tribes, within the
  designated geographical area.
• Alliance Networks are not subject to Area of Expertise restrictions. There
  can be two movie theatre chains participate in the Alliance Networks.

Examples of a Strategic Partners:

• Movie theatre chains
• National department store chains
• Airlines/Hotels
